http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paleolithic_diet This was something I stumbled on today and it gave a very balanced look at the paleo diet giving both good and bad, backed by studies of cultures, studies of animals, comparison to other highly looked upon diets such as vegetarian and Mediterranean. It was a great, LONG, well-worth it read. I came away feeling sure that Paleo can be a good sustainable way of eating for me.

I have followed this type of diet plan and lost 60 pounds! It works and it is amazing. Hope all goes well with your babe.
